1. Beyond the FSC Logo

FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification is the baseline, but the next step is Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) content. We now offer rigid board made from 100% recycled fibers that still retains the strength required for a premium magnetic box.

2. Plastic-Free Inserts

The biggest polluter in packaging is the EVA foam or plastic vac-form tray inside the box. In 2026, we are replacing these with Molded Pulp, FSC Cardboard Inserts, or Biodegradable Cornstarch Foam. These can be custom-cut to fit your jewelry or product just as precisely as plastic.

3. Soy-Based & Water-Based Inks

Traditional petroleum-based inks are difficult to remove during the recycling process. By switching to soy-based or water-based inks, your packaging becomes truly circular. We've optimized these inks to provide the same vibrant colors and deep blacks as traditional methods.

4. The "Mono-Material" Strategy

The best way to ensure your box gets recycled is to make it from a single material. A box made entirely of paper (including the hinges and inserts) is 100% recyclable in standard paper streams. No need for the customer to "disassemble" the box.
